Terms of ServiceBy purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece. Please read the terms carefully:Me (the artist):1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.2. I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.3. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online in my portfolio.You (the customer/commissioner):1. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.2. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.) unless you have paid the fee for commercial art.3. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.4. You retain the rights to your intellectual property (IP/characters).Payment1. Payment by PayPal or Pix.2. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.3. Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested the payment.4. The currencies I accept are US Dollar (USD) and Brazilian Real (BRL).Copyright, Credits & Usage1. You will receive both an unwatermarked version (for private use) and a watermarked version. If you post the artwork online, please use the watermarked version and give proper credit!2. You are prohibited from using the artwork for blockchain technologies (including NFTs and crypto) or feeding it into AI tools/datasets.3. I will not reproduce the piece for profit (like merch) without your explicit permission.Process1. Once we agree on a price, I will send you an invoice or payment request.2. Within 1 month after your initial payment, you will receive a sketch of your commission.3. The sketch stage includes up to 3 major revisions for free. Any additional major revision will cost an extra $5.4. After sketch approval (and full payment), I’ll move on to lineart, flat colors, and shading. Major revisions are no longer possible past this point.5. I will send you WIPs (Work in Progress) along the way. Feel free to request minor tweaks, but please avoid asking for updates too frequently!6. Once the final preview is approved, I will email you the high-resolution files (watermarked and unwatermarked).Refunding and Canceling1. Canceling before receiving the first sketch: Full refund.2. Canceling after receiving the first sketch: No refund (50% upfront is retained for work done).3. Canceling after sketch approval: No refund in any case.Commercial Use PolicyCommercial Use +$25The above Terms of Service still apply, with the exception that you are now allowed to profit from the artwork:1. You can use the artwork for merchandise, physical products, album covers, stream assets, or videos.2. Giving credit is not mandatory, but always appreciated!3.
